Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through peakleverage.com, our public marketing pages, contact and assessment flows, and related communications. Separate client services agreements, statements of work, or order forms may govern information we handle for paying clients as part of a managed services engagement.

We collect information you provide directly, information generated when you use the site, and information we receive from service providers that help us operate the business.

• Contact information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and other details you submit through forms or direct outreach.
• Assessment and onboarding information such as website URLs, audit responses, project details, software stack details, and materials you choose to share with us.
• Billing and transaction information connected to subscriptions, setup fees, or invoices. Payment card processing is handled by Stripe, and we do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
• Technical and usage information such as page views, session identifiers, referrer data, browser and device information, and related analytics or security signals.

• Operate, secure, and improve the website and related services.
• Respond to inquiries, deliver assessments, and manage onboarding, billing, and support workflows.
• Measure site usage, diagnose issues, and evaluate marketing and conversion performance.
• Maintain business records, enforce agreements, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.

We use cookies and similar technologies for session continuity, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and service operation. Current site flows may use identifiers such as pl_vid and pl_sid to distinguish visitors and sessions across page views, pl_session to support authenticated onboarding or client access, and security cookies such as csp_nonce to support safe page rendering.

We may also send analytics or event data to self-hosted internal measurement systems, Cloudflare Web Analytics, and HubSpot when those tools are part of the active site stack. Stripe may also place cookies or collect transaction-related information when you enter a checkout or billing flow.

Some browsers may also carry an analytics opt-out signal that parts of our site honor for analytics collection. We do not currently offer a separate public privacy settings page. If you need help with site tracking, analytics opt-out, or other privacy requests, contact privacy@peakleverage.com.

We share information only as reasonably necessary to run the site, provide services, process payments, communicate with you, and protect the business.

• Cloudflare for hosting, edge delivery, security, analytics support, storage, and application infrastructure.
• HubSpot for CRM, form handling, contact management, and related marketing or sales operations.
• Resend for transactional and operational email delivery.
• Stripe for checkout, subscriptions, and billing portal access.
• Twilio for owner SMS alerts and other operational notifications tied to lead handling or onboarding.
• Contractors or service providers bound to support Peak Leverage operations under appropriate confidentiality and access controls.

We do not sell personal information.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, subject to legal and operational needs. In practice, business records may be retained for up to seven years, analytics data is generally retained for a shorter operational window, and some security logs may be retained for a shorter period still.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No system is perfectly secure, and we do cannot ensure absolute security.

You may contact us at privacy@peakleverage.com to ask about the personal information we hold about you or to request access or deletion, subject to verification, technical feasibility, and legal exceptions. We may need additional information to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the public site.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
