Change agencies without turning acquisition off.
Peak Leverage builds the replacement in parallel while your firm keeps control of its domain, accounts, and data. The incumbent stays live until the new path is tested and approved.
The Managed Agency Transition
This is an operational transition plan. Peak Leverage does not interpret contracts, give legal advice about termination, send notices for the firm, or recommend breaching an agreement.
Inspect the agreement and assets
We inventory services, notice dates, domains, website access, ad accounts, analytics, call tracking, content, and data. Your firm or counsel interprets the agreement and decides what notice to send.
Keep the incumbent live
The existing website and campaigns continue serving prospects while the replacement is built. We do not create avoidable downtime to make a point.
Build on controlled foundations
Peak Leverage builds and maintains the replacement website on Cloudflare. The domain, advertising, analytics, tracking numbers, Clio, content rights, and data stay under firm control.
Test the complete path
We test desktop and mobile pages, calls, forms, intake questions, Clio routing, follow-up, attribution, reporting, security, and rollback.
Cut over with rollback available
After the firm approves launch readiness and billing is reconciled, we switch production traffic. The prior working version remains available during the cutover window.
If the current agreement has time left
We map the earliest lawful transition date, identify assets the firm can secure now, and sequence the replacement so the firm is ready when notice or expiration allows. In some cases the incumbent continues one service while the replacement foundation is prepared alongside it.
If the incumbent controls important assets
We separate what can be transferred from what must be rebuilt, preserve exports and evidence the firm is entitled to receive, and avoid making launch depend on a single vendor response.
Bring the facts you know. We will map the operational path.
You do not need to cancel anything before the first conversation. Tell Mike the incumbent, services, known dates, and ownership questions on the preparation form.
