Connect six jobs under one plan
The website and search work earn attention. Reviews and attorney profiles help a prospective client judge fit. Intake and follow-up turn contact into an owned task. Reporting shows the source, response, consultation, and recorded outcome.
Each part needs the same definitions for source, owner, status, and next step. Otherwise the firm gets separate dashboards that cannot answer one useful question.
Know what software cannot own
Software can store records, assign tasks, send approved messages, and show exceptions. It cannot decide who works the queue each day, approve legal-advertising claims, supply attorney insight, or correct a handoff nobody reviews.
Name the operator before buying more tools. That person does not need to be a marketer. The role needs clear weekly work, authority to request inputs, and a short exception list.
- The firm controls the website, domain, analytics, profiles, and ad accounts.
- Every inquiry enters one owned queue or has a documented handoff.
- The first source survives through the recorded outcome.
- One person owns routine updates and exceptions.
Choose the right level of help
The Firm System fits a law firm that wants to own the system, name an internal operator, and have Mike build the connected technical layer and train that person. It is done-with-you work, not daily outsourced marketing labor.
A firm without an operator or with less than $1,000 per month available should start with the self-guided intake fixes. A firm that wants a vendor to perform the daily work may be better served by an agency.
